Scott was originally part of a group of neonate refugees from Mechanicsburg when the Sabbat took it back from the Camarilla.
He was recruited to the Anarch Movement by Piscin shortly after his arrival in Allentown.
Scott was present at the Rant where The Lost Generation confessed to treason, and helped take them out.
Became a founding member of The Functionally Insane along with Alex (another refugee-turned-recruit) and Mason (a local Gangrel).
The Functionally Insane maintains their turf in the Bloomsburg portion of Port Errant. Weird shit happens there.
After Mason's death, Scott and his gang are figuring out what to do in the longer term.
