Alias(es): Caspar Esfahani, Ghost, N.G.

Real Name: No smart Anarch discusses their real name.

Apparent Age: 50's

Concept: Salvage Businessman

Physical description:
Casper is a moderately tall, fit, Caucasian man in his mid-40's. His close cut, once dark, hair now shows streaks of gray and a slightly receding hairline, though his neatly trimmed beard remains dark. His skin appears weathered, windswept, and somewhat leathery, and his hands are heavily calloused. His face is rounded and boyish. Thin lips and prominent cheekbones round out his appearance. Frequently, he is well and expensively dressed (often in hand tailored suits and jewelry) and well groomed. When he has to deal with the Camarilla, he actually seems to dress down for the occasion.

Background:
Caspar does not speak much about where he came from, but he's mentioned California and salvage diving. From comments he's made at various gatherings, some facts, however, can be gleaned: He served in the Guardia Costiera (the Italian Navy) where he learned diving, handling small craft, and the best places on board a ship to smuggle contraband. At some point, he got his master's license and apparently captained a commercial freighter. He relocated to California where he purchased and turned around a failing maritime diving and salvage business. By 2009, he was engaged to be married to a vibrant oceanic anthropologist several years his junior. However, then something terrible seems to have happened involving his embrace and the death of his fiancee during a salvage operation off the coast of California.

Caspar next appeared on the Camarilla side of the Illinois River on September 7, 2012, on the eve of Arthur Chandry's seizure of the praxis of Peoria. During the chaotic court that followed, it came out that he was recently arrived in the area and resided in the City of Bloomington, IL, an Anarch territory East of Peoria, though he was looking for better contacts with the East Peoria Anarchs and even the Peoria Camarilla. He was asked why he had come to the Midwest if he was a diver, and countered with a question of his own, "Do you know how hard it is to dive when you have no buoyancy?" He tried to find a place both in the local Anarch society and in Kindred society as a whole, joining a local gang named the Margraves of the Orange. But then the Margraves were all killed, possibly by other Anarchs in the gang known as Mayhem. Deeply suspicious of most others, Caspar has retreated into a nomadic hermit who has little contact with his own kind.

Caspar was seen in St. Augustine at a Halloween gathering at which he was recruited to participate in a battle in the city of Palatka. He did so, carrying himself well. After that he wasn't seen in kindred society again until December 2020 when he began being seen at Anarch Socials in Bay City, MI.
